YOGA CRIB in Ojai

Great weekend at the Yoga Crib event in Ojai, CA. Sponsored and organized by Lulu Bandha Yoga - a local Ojai studio. Here are photos of me with some of my teachers: beloved Dharma Mitra (http://www.dharmayogacenter.com/), Jasmine Tarkeshi (http://www.laughinglotus.com/) , organizer and Lulu Bandha owner Kira Ryder ( http://www.lulubandhas.com/) . Other teachers I had were Ganga White (http://www.whitelotus.org/) , Eric Schiffman (http://www.movingintostillness.com/) and Edward Espe Brown (Zen preist and author of several books including the Tassajara Bread Book).

I will take some time over the next few days to write down some thoughts from the classes I took. Besides the classes, the other yogis were inspiring and loving and friendly. I had a wonderful time and if you are reading this, you are invited to join me at next year's retreat. E-mail me for more info. Love wishes to all.

LUXURY

The freedom to follow the tangents of a conversation with a close friend on a sunny veranda is perhaps one of the greater luxuries of life. L'Chaim, TR!!
